PIZZERIA RICKY

Pizzeria Ricky is a trendy sit-down Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They sought a fresh, modern identity to elevate their brand presence.

WHAT I DID

Logo design

Idea generation

Brand identity

Color palette generation

Typeface selection

High fidelity mockups

My goal was to create a cohesive brand identity for Pizzeria Ricky. This included designing business cards, revamping their menu, and developing a distinctive logo that merged hand-lettering with a modern sans-serif font. I also established a color palette to complement and enhance their overall brand aesthetic.

The logo design involved a fusion of hand-crafted lettering, evoking a sense of tradition and warmth, while a clean sans-serif font added a touch of modernity, reflecting the restaurant's contemporary approach to classic Italian cuisine.

LOGO CONCEPTS

The menu was designed for readability and aesthetic appeal. Clean layouts, the brand's color palette, and a combination of hand-lettered elements made the menu both visually striking and user-friendly.

The business cards were tailored to reflect the brand's identity with the logo placed prominently, balanced with essential contact information. The choice of colors and fonts mirrored the overall aesthetic, creating a lasting impression.
CONCLUSION
Though a conceptual project, working on Pizzeria Ricky's branding allowed me to hone my skills in creating a cohesive visual identity for a business. This experience not only expanded my portfolio but also sharpened my ability to merge tradition with modernity, ensuring the design elements resonated with the essence and character of the brand.
